Really loved this but unfortunately the screw holding the device to the strap is not fit for purpose. The device dropped off constantly. The screw never fully tightens and as the device jiggles it loosens the screw. The vibration and music options were great but unfortunately it’s being designed poorly and had to return the item

Let's get one thing out the way, the item we received was somewhat worn with it being covered in scratches. I wasn't massively bothered by this at first however after the first day we started to think it was either a used item or just poorly manufactured. It's such a shame as it has more features and is cheaper than the Rock-It. However it's quite heavy, noisy when its running and the strap by which it connects to the pram seems secure but the tiny screw that holds the entire device onto the bracket has come loose already and this screw looks rounded so there is no way to tighten it. The battery is claimed to be be a 8 hour battery, however after charging it fully (green light shows) the device ran for 3 hours then died... One last grievance is the cry detect is a bit poor, it does activate when baby cries, but it also activates if you rustle in bed. Also a note you get a red flashing light that is running constantly when cry detect mode is on. Not only does it keep you away when flashing, it also keeps baby awake as they are looking at the flashing light instead of sleeping

The strap come loose after one use them doesn't reattach, I had it set on the lowest rock setting on our moses baskets and the screw is so small it rocks itself out and then it's is impossible to reattach. I ordered a second thinking the first one was faulty but the same thing happened again. Going to buy the rockit instead

Producto con arañazos y desperfecto, impresiona de usado. La bateria dura mucho menos de lo que indican. Ademas no han pasado ni 15 dias y ya no funciona bien. Desde el primer momento no me causo buena inpresión, tendria que haberlo devuelto. No lo acosenjo para nada. Suelo leer las reseñas y en este producto no lo hice, viendo las reseñas anteriores no lo hubiera pedido. No volvera a pasar y espero que ayude mi comentario.
